We are an independent, cash-pay–focused lab partner built for clinicians and clinics that want transparent lab access without pushing patients into surprise billing — naturopathic and functional medicine practices, concierge and direct-care clinics, multi-provider groups, and the patients they serve.

Our operating principles
- Price before testing. Patients should know what they are paying before the order moves forward.
- Clinical judgment stays clinical. Licensed professionals determine whether testing is medically appropriate when a clinical order is required.
- Results deserve context. Lab results should be reviewed with a qualified healthcare professional, especially abnormal or unexpected results.
- Support matters. Billing, logistics, records, and portal questions should have a human path to resolution.
