Performing-lab selection
Choose the laboratory where a test runs at more than one.
How it works with your practice.
01 · Order
Search the catalog or reuse a saved panel. The price is visible as you order, so you can quote it in the visit.
02 · Collect
A draw site near home, an at-home kit, or a mobile draw — the patient pays the price they were already told.
03 · Results
Typically 24–72 hours, returned to the ordering provider and set beside the patient’s history and trends.
04 · Follow
Retests land in the same record — and a named contact handles supplies, pickups and exceptions along the way. 1-800-519-2997
Clinical judgment, ordering and results review stay with your practice, under your license. Availability of each collection option varies by test and state; specialty panels can take longer than routine work.
Billing
Three ways to bill for labs.
Direct Pay
The patient pays New Century Labs. Your clinic never touches the lab bill — available in every state.
Service Fee
Direct Pay, plus a disclosed fee for work your clinic performs, where permitted.
Self-Managed
Your clinic sets the patient price, in the states that allow it.
