New Century Labs helps coordinate access to lab testing, transparent pricing, requisition workflows, patient and provider communications, billing support, and related administrative services.
Some services may involve independent healthcare professionals, laboratories, collection sites, logistics providers, payment processors, and technology vendors. Those third parties may have their own policies, terms, and professional obligations.
Not medical advice, and not for emergencies
Content on our website and in customer support communications is for general informational and administrative purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Lab testing may require review, authorization, or interpretation by a qualified healthcare professional. Clinical decisions, including whether a test is appropriate, are made by the applicable licensed healthcare professional and not by website content.
Orders, pricing, payment, and refunds
Order information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Incorrect patient, provider, billing, or specimen information may delay or prevent testing.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown before purchase where available. Pricing may change from time to time and may vary based on test selection, provider workflow, collection method, administrative fees, and third-party costs.
Cancellations and refunds
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, orders are generally not refundable once a requisition has been issued, a specimen has been collected, testing has begun, or third-party costs have been incurred. Contact us as soon as possible if you believe an order was placed in error.
Insurance
Unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific order, services are cash-pay / direct-pay and are not billed to insurance by New Century Labs. You are responsible for charges you authorize.
Results and follow-up
Result availability depends on test type, collection timing, laboratory processing, logistics, and technology systems. Estimated turnaround times are not guarantees.
You are responsible for reviewing results with a qualified healthcare professional. Abnormal, critical, unexpected, or concerning results require prompt professional medical attention.
Responsible use
- Do not submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
- Do not access another person's information unless legally authorized.
- Do not interfere with our systems, portals, security controls, or service operations.
- Do not use the services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Intellectual property
Our website, content, design, trademarks, and service materials are owned by or licensed to New Century Labs. You may not copy, modify, scrape, resell, or exploit them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Disclaimers, liability, and governing law
