Choose from 8,500+ tests through Quest Diagnostics’ national laboratory network — routine chemistry through specialty panels. You know the cash-pay price before the order moves, so you can quote the patient in the visit.
The patient gets drawn
Your patient completes the draw at any of 2,500+ CLIA-certified draw sites nationwide — close to home, whether they live around the corner or across the country. That’s draw access only: the order is always yours.
Results come back to you
Results typically return in 24–72 hours, to the ordering provider. You review them with your patient — interpretation and follow-up remain clinical decisions in your hands.

Your practice: clinical judgment, ordering decisions, reviewing results with the patient, and how lab services are presented and charged in your practice — under your license and your state’s rules.

Can providers order labs without dealing with insurance?
Yes — that’s the model. Every order is cash-pay: no claims, no prior authorizations, no coding disputes. The patient knows the price before the draw.
What if my patients are in another state?
The draw network covers 2,500+ CLIA-certified sites nationwide, so out-of-state and traveling patients can complete your orders. Draw access is nationwide; your ordering authority is governed by your own licensure.
How fast do results come back?
Typically 24–72 hours from the draw, depending on the test. Specialty panels can take longer.
