The model in plain terms

What wholesale cash-pay access actually means

Direct per-test rates. Your practice orders at set cash-pay rates rather than working a claim through a payer. The cost of each test is a number you can see and quote.

No insurance billing. There are no claims to file, no denials to appeal, and no explanation-of-benefits letters landing in a patient’s mailbox weeks later.

One transparent model. No setup fee, no monthly fee, and no minimums. The account carries a small clinic fee that scales with the level of support you need, plus a small patient draw fee.

Specific per-test rates are shared with qualified practices; see how pricing works.

Who runs on it

Built for practices that price their own care

Cash-pay & direct-care clinics

Practices that already quote patients directly and want lab costs to fit the same transparent conversation.

Functional & longitudinal practices

Care built on baselines and retests, where a predictable per-test rate keeps a workup affordable.

Membership & concierge models

Programs that bundle or pass through lab costs and need the underlying number to stay stable.

Solo to multi-provider groups

No volume commitment, so a single clinician and a group practice order from the same rates.

How the account works

From first call to first order

  1. Open the account. Book a call; if wholesale cash-pay access fits your practice, we set up ordering through our national laboratory network. No setup fee and no minimum to get started.
  2. See the pricing model. Qualified practices review the per-test rates and the fee structure. How pricing works lays out the model without a single price on the public page.
  3. Order and draw. You order under your own licensure; patients get drawn at one of 2,500+ CLIA-certified sites nationwide for a small per-draw fee, with results typically back in 24 to 72 hours.
  4. Get up and running. Onboarding typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the call to your first live order. See the full sequence on how it works.

Nationwide refers to draw access. Ordering responsibility and every clinical decision stay with the licensed provider.

Common questions

What does “wholesale” mean on a cash-pay lab account?

It means your practice orders at direct per-test rates instead of routing tests through insurance. There are no claims and no payer negotiation, and the cost of each test is a known number you can quote in the visit.

Why aren’t the per-test prices on this page?

We don’t publish provider test prices publicly. Qualified practices see the full rates and fee structure on request. The pricing page explains the model, including no setup fee, no monthly fee, no minimums, a small support-based clinic fee, and a small patient draw fee.

Is there a minimum order volume?

No. There is no monthly fee and no minimum, so a solo clinician and a multi-provider group order from the same transparent rates.

How long does it take to start ordering?

Typically 5–7 business days from the call to your first live order, once the account is a fit and set up on our national laboratory network.
